Systems Engineers

SMSi is looking for several Systems Engineers with varying levels of experience to join our Engineering Services group. We have requirements for engineers experienced with mass storage systems, clustered computing, geospatial data, networking products, relational databases, etc. Experience working for or supporting DOD or the Intelligence Community is highly desirable.

Requirements Description:

Systems Engineers’ job functions can include performing mission and functional analyses, defining systems requirements, preparing cost-benefit analysis and trade studies, and designing solutions. Must be able to prepare performance specifications and ensure the integration of hardware and software systems. Job requirements entail all project aspects from design, integration, installation, and operation functions.

Qualifications:

Generally requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of 2 years professional work experience.  We seek engineers with various degrees of experience.
